Transformation with Traci offer different types of coaching programs that help clients to set goals, unearth values & strengths, and access intrinsic motivations to encourage the development of sustainable healthy behaviors and attitudes.
Health Coaching
Coaching: Using a cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach, we will look at your eating patterns and food choices. WHY are you eating what you eat. In collaboration with other community partners, you will be connected to a nutritionist and various options for meal preparation (if requested). Health Coaching also includes physical activity. Clients will be encouraged to exercise as their schedule provides and even workout with me (if requested).


Life Coaching
Using a cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach, we will look at your WHY and your HOW. WHY you are making the decisions/choices you are making and HOW those decisions/choices are impacting your life. Are they leading towards your goals or leading away from them? What are the “hidden agendas” in your life and how to begin to make your choices aligned with your best self. Unlike traditional therapy, we start with you’re NOW and move forward. Past lessons and situations are viewed as a “launching pad” for growth, not scenarios to be relived over and over. Our forward movement is KEY for total transformation.
Mind, Body and Spirit
The Connection
The mind-body-spirit connection is the framework of Transformation with Traci. It pertains to your mental/emotional, physical, and spiritual health. It is a model that states that thoughts, feelings, and beliefs can influence our biology for better or worse. In other words, thoughts and emotions can affect our overall health. Each individual component affects the other and vice versa. By paying attention to the mind-body-spirit connection, we can learn to live more consciously and with purpose.
